Well. What can I say? Charley's got his men on a pretty good payroll. Captain El's giving his men upgrades. Some people even have started their own recruiting areas.

The Finest are the elite vanguard of the site, and nobody is gonna beat us. Face it. We ARE the best. And there's nothing the others can do to stop us. Sure, they got their technology, money, and optional benefits; but everyone who signs up with me will be far beyond that. Sure- The whole deal doesn't come cheap- but if you pass the test, you WILL be the best.
